Human Resources Department
Manager / Senior Executive
Responsibilities would include, recruitment, development, training,
appraisal and evaluation and all other activities related to Human
Resources such as attendance/time keeping, leave management, payroll
etc.
Ideal Candidate would be aged between 30-35 years, a good
communicator and negotiator, a MBA / Post Graduate Diploma Holder
with specialisation in Human Resources, from a reputed
Institute/University.
Experience in Micro Finance Industry, while being advantageous, is
not a must.

Head-Training Co-ordination
This position is located at “Sarvodaya Nano Finance Limited – HRD
Centre” at Kottampatty, Madurai District, Tamil Nadu.
Responsibilities would include the entire administration and
operations of the training centre, co-ordinating with internal and
external resource persons, planning training calendars and
implementing the same and to ensure profitability of the centre.
Ideal Candidate would be aged between 30-35 years, a Graduate / Post
Graduate from a reputed Social Sciences School.
Experience in rural development, social services combined with
marketing and communicating skills is desirable.

Internal Audit
Executives
Responsibilities would include complete internal audit of the
company, the Sarvodaya Mutual Benefit Trusts and the Self Help
Groups. Assessing existing systems of audit, improving the methods
and systems as also implementing the same will also be a part of the
responsibilities in addition to Audit Planning, Audit Programming,
and preparation of Audit Index, Check List and Grading. The Audit
executives are expected to be extreme confidential.
Ideal Candidate would be aged between 25-35 years, with confidence,
thorough knowledge of audit systems and methods, willing to travel
and work in rural areas.
Though a CA with Inter pass is preferred, should at least be a
Commerce Graduate, from a reputed University. Candidate should be
absolutely computer savvy with full knowledge in the latest
accounting packages of Tally etc.
Experience in Micro Finance Industry, while being advantageous, is
not a must. Freshers may also apply.

Operations
Executives
Responsibilities would include monitoring the entire process and
operations from SHG level to SNFL Level. This would also involve,
MIS, reviewing and analyzing activities of Trusts and SHGs,
monitoring loans vis-à-vis collections, follow-up, interaction
between SNFL and SHGs through SMBTs, continuously.
Ideal Candidate would be aged between 22-35 years, with confidence,
thorough knowledge of Tamil / Hindi, with a service bent of mind,
tolerance and broad outlook, willing to travel and work in rural
areas.
Though MBA / Post Graduate or Graduate in Social Services are the
preferred qualifications, Graduates from other fields but experience
in rural activities may apply. But, all the candidates should be
from reputed Institutes/Universities. Thorough working knowledge in
Computers is a must.
Experience in Micro Finance Industry, while being advantageous, is
not a must. Freshers may also apply.
